5 Scrumptious Menu to Keep You Cool This Coming SUMMER!!!

The hottest month of the year is just days away. Most of us can’t wait to celebrate ‘Songkran’ when we have fun with water fight and enjoy a long holiday with family and friends. We would like to introduce 5 scrumptious menu to help you stay cool as well as keep your body balanced when things heat up outside. Some of these recipes are so simple that you can easily create a homemade meal.

  1. Khao Chae Chaowang
    The perfect way to beat the summer heat is this ‘dish from the palace’ which was a favorite among royalty and now has made the top hit menu in many Thai restaurants.   4. Loy Kaew – Chilled Fruit in Scented Syrup
    Loy Kaew is a truly refreshing menu for the summer with added benefit of vitamins from fruit. On a scorching summer day or at the end of the meal, devour a bowl of chilled fruits Loy Kaew. This delightful menu is so easy to find and can be made with a variety of tropical fruits such as toddy palm, sala, and santol. You can stock up on it in the fridge, but trust me – these refreshing delights will be all gone before you know it!

  5. Homemade Fruit & Veggie Smoothie and Herbal Drinks
    To beat the heat in ‘sugar-free’ & ‘low-calorie’ style, homemade fruit & veggie smoothie and herbal drinks are perfect alternatives.
